Education & Relevant Qualifications
Below is a list of my education and relevant qualifications that grounded my experience within the music industry.
Kidbrooke School of Arts: LOCN In Music Technology Level 3
I achieved an LOCN in Music Technology level 3. This qualification introduced me to the foundation and technical principles of music production and music technology back in the 90's. This was a time period where I only had the driving passion to want to create music but lacked the knowledge of how to create.
Newham Collage: BTEC National Diploma Level 3 In Music Business & Technology
Here I achieved a BTEC National Diploma In Music Business and Technology, level 3. This provided the insights into the foundations of music business and what it represented back in the days in the early 2000's. It was at this point in time that I now started to firmly grip the understandings of how to create the various genres of music, but still at a very basic stance.
Guitar and Piano Lessons Provided By Joseph 'Gambino' Salandy: Voluntary
This was a personal choice for growth as I self taught what I needed I also lacked in musical dynamics and learning with Mr Salandy gave me the achievements to help expand the knowledge I needed to hold. I looked for a notion that was of a rarity & when my path crossed with Mr Salandy, it was one to be recognised and valued as i progressed in learning further applications of how to play the guitar and piano. If I never put myself through the lessons I knew that would cut away at the mould during my learning with Mr Salandy, my music would be very different today, So if your reading this Mr Salandy, know you helped to change the basic knowledge I knew into a craft.
Middlesex University / Academy Of Contemporary Music: MAs Music Production
This is my current status & where I am at in this present day. My lesson here are one of a kind as this is what has help me to navigate myself into the industry with a discipline, a constructive vision and a meaningful output. It was here I met Tye Viper an amazing guitarist, we worked alongside eachother at this university and have shown our class and other students that we mean business. Since collaborating with Tye Viper at university, we now have a major project in the making. This university has provide me with an extensive view and depth of the aspects that are now present to the industry in this modern day and time, and though it has its up and downs, the overall dynamic of what I have learnt here has been immensely affective with an impact.
